KOLKATA: Thyssenkrupp of Germany has said it expects to finalise a joint venture of its European steel business with that of Tata Steel’s in early 2018 even as it reported a near six-fold jump in operating profits of its Steel Europe division to 160 million euros on improved steel prices.
